Most of us tend to frequent locations and buy products whose brand we feel accurately reflects our personality, our relationship to other things, our values and our goals. We may not think of it to that degree, but studies on the impact of marketing and brand development prove this to be true. A competitive market such as health and fitness is no exception. The facility must create the ultimate member experience to draw those potential members in and to keep them for the long term.
